Warranty Policy

  1. Full Club Warranty for Full Guarantee Card Holders:

    • Full club warranty for 5 days from the last recharge.
    • You will be compensated with coins equal to the full club value in case of a ban/transfer market lock on your account.
    • In case of a reset, you will be fully compensated for the amount lost from the last recharge.

  2. Standard Warranty for Non-Full Guarantee Card Holders (valid for 24 hours from the last recharge):

    • In case of a reset of the recharged amount, you will be compensated with the same quantity.
    • In case of a ban, you will be compensated for the last purchase or refunded.

  3. Important Note: The Full and Standard Warranty becomes void in the following cases:

    If you purchase from an untrusted source, another store, or transfer coins from your account to another account.

  4. Note: Please change your FIFA account password immediately after recharge.
