Return Policy
- Digital products, electronic vouchers, and online services that have been added to your account or delivered via email or SMS are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-cancellable under any circumstances unless there is a defect caused by the company.
- All digital services, such as the "Custom Build Solution" service, are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.
- If any issue arises after the delivery of a digital product or service, the customer must report it to technical support within 24 hours of placing the order. The user has no right to request a refund or raise disputes after 24 hours from the product’s delivery for successful orders.
- Refunds are processed electronically only in exceptional cases, such as product unavailability after payment and before delivery to the customer.
- The store bears no responsibility for incorrect purchases made due to negligence or the entry of wrong information, which may cause loss or damage from purchasing any electronic voucher or card.
- If the customer wishes to request a refund for orders that are canceled or for unavailable products, they must contact us directly via WhatsApp support before the product is sent or the digital service is delivered. Our technical support team is available 24/7 to assist customers.
- Payments made through “Visa,” “Mada,” “Apple Pay,” or “MasterCard” will be refunded to the customer’s account within 1 to 15 business days in case of order cancellation before receiving the product, depending on the customer’s bank and its policies. (A 2.7% refund fee may apply as charged by the payment gateway provider.)
- If the customer fails to receive the product or service due to an issue with their order, we will contact them to update it. If no response or refund request is received within one (1) day, the amount will be added as wallet credit to the customer’s account on the website. The customer is not entitled to request a reversal or refund of wallet balance.
- The wallet balance in the store’s website and app is valid for one full year from the date of order creation. The customer is not entitled to request a cash refund, bank transfer, credit card reversal, or any other form of reimbursement for the wallet balance.
- The customer is not entitled to request a refund of the full value of the club guarantee card, whether in cash, by bank transfer, by credit card reversal, or by any other means, nor to request converting it into wallet balance.
